The service
Agents Trust provides API recommendations and stored endpoint evidence. This information is not professional, financial, investment or legal advice, an endorsement, or a guarantee of a provider's accuracy, availability or delivery. Evidence can be incomplete or out of date. Rankings are not paid placements.
Third-party APIs are operated by their own providers, not by us. Their terms apply to your use of them, and their calls are paid separately from an Agents Trust recommendation or inspection. You decide which provider to use and what information to send.
Fees and payments
Recommend costs 0.01 USDC per paid query. Inspect costs 1% of the endpoint's lowest quoted price, with a minimum of 0.001 USDC. Read the live payment challenge before authorizing a purchase. Free demonstrations may change; an empty recommendation result is not intentionally settled.
Settled blockchain payments are final and cannot be cancelled through the API. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. An answer can arrive before settlement completes: use the free receipt lookup with its payment-attempt ID to check the eventual settlement result. Reconcile an uncertain receipt before making a new purchase. Contact us about failed service or payment problems with your request or attempt ID, never a key or payment signature.
Your wallet
You control your wallet, keys and spending authorization. We do not hold your funds or private wallet keys. The local MCP client signs locally and is quote-only by default; a separately authorized paying mode requires your wallet and budget. Read the configuration and permissions of the client version you install. The free A2A handoff supplies a quote link and does not purchase or return paid recommendations.
Acceptable use
Use the documented interfaces and respect their limits. Do not abuse the service, evade access controls, attack providers, impersonate others, infringe rights, or scrape and resell bulk output. Seller descriptions are untrusted display text, not instructions for your agent. No right to our brand or a bulk data export is granted by access to the service.
Availability, warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, without warranties of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or delivery by third-party providers. You are responsible for checking the suitability of a result before relying on it.
To the extent Swiss law permits, liability for slight negligence is excluded. Where liability is not validly excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid directly to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These exclusions and this cap do not apply to intent or gross negligence under Article 100 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, or to any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory customer rights remain unaffected.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms and the service. We will give notice of material changes through the service or a contact channel available to us and state the effective date; changes do not retroactively remove accrued mandatory rights. Swiss law applies. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules, the courts of Zug, Switzerland have jurisdiction.
